Redding Shopping Malls: Planning your Redding California Shopping itinerary is fairly simple as all of the great shops are centrally located right in the heart of the city in the main shopping hub located either on Hilltop Drive or Dana drive.

Mount Shasta Mall

Mount Shasta Mall is Reddings largest enclosed mall with over 70 stores including large retail stores such as Macy's and JC Penneys. Discovery Village

Discovery Village has been a great addition to the redding retail area and is one of Reddings new hotspots. Discovery Village is located on Dana Drive just opposite the Mount Shasta Mall. Included in its many great shops and establishments is Starbucks Coffee, Jamba Juice, Manhattan Bagel and many other retail establishments and restaurants.

Redding Retail Hub

Redding also has many major strip centers with major retailers like Costco, Target, Wal-Mart, Mervyns, Office Max, Office Depot, Home Depot, Barnes & Nobel, ShopKo & K-Mart. If you park opposite Mount Shasta Mall on Hilltop Drive, you can walk between Cost Plus, Pier 1, Bed Bath and Beyond and TJ Max which are all centrally located in the same strip mall.

If you have an afternoon to kill, be sure to visit the Prime Outlets at Anderson California's northernmost premier manufacturer's outletmarketplace. Located just a few miles south of Redding.

Favorite Grocery Store: Holiday Market, 3315 Placer Road, Redding (530) 242-0477. This is a fairly new store in West Redding. This store has a nice deli and bakery department.
